• Processing Time: Orders ship out within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery Time: Canada & US orders usually arrive in 3–6 business days.
• Tracking: All orders include tracking — you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
• Packaging: Every order arrives in our signature gift-ready box, with no pricing inside — perfect for gifting.
• Shipping Fee: Free shipping on all orders over $75. Flat rate of $6.95 otherwise.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• Easy Returns: You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include original packaging.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

• Exclusions: Gift cards & personalized items are non-returnable.
